This inherent culture is still alive in rural settlements of our country which we are losing ......every moment. Many of the traditional knowledge systems and values, about which we were all aware off, has now been discontinued and neglected. These knowledge systems have to be defined and revived for the sustainability of our ecosystem.

It is nice to see CV of young architects.
It is full of colours, shades, promises and enthusiasm.

In our firm we have a mandatory three months training (six months for trainee), to develop system understanding, (if learnt earlier, it suits us). The Salary is discussed only after completion of this first month of training. Hope it suits the vigour of the young.
