Patient came with complaint of missing tooth and denture irritation because of faulty fixed partial denture that was not placed properly before which had caused inflammation of the gums ...After review the patient was placed under antibiotics for a week and once the inflammation was reduced a new denture was prepared keeping in view the smile design and facial aesthetic of the patient .....This is the picture before start of treatment( pre )and after (post )treatment...
