32 yr male with congenital dysplastic hip rt side , rudimentary acetabulum , huge pelvic tilt and limb shortening of about 4 cm.
Did a total hip replacement with subtrochanteric segmental osteotomy (oct 2020).
Happy to see the outcome after 8 months both radiological and clinical .
