Weight gain foods for children .... here is the quick list of foods ... that can help in increasing the weight of your child in a healthy way ....

1) ghee ... can add 1/2 to 1 tsp in food that they take to increase calories

2) full fat curd

3) sprouted ragi in any form

4) high calorie foods like jack fruit , mango , banana etc

5) sattumava porridge

6) roasted nuts and butter

7) avocado
