Here’s how some daily habits can throw them off balance 👇

☕ Coffee before breakfast:
Caffeine on an empty stomach can spike cortisol and blood sugar early, setting you up for mid-morning crashes and anxiety.

🍳 Skipping breakfast regularly:
Leads to unstable blood sugar, lower thyroid output, and higher stress hormones.

🌙 Eating late at night:
Can lead to higher glucose levels, poor sleep, and disrupted circadian rhythm.

🥞 Not eating protein with breakfast:
Protein blunts cortisol, supports dopamine and thyroid hormones, and keeps you full; skipping it worsens cravings and fatigue.

⏰ Irregular bedtime schedule:
Sleep timing regulates melatonin and growth hormone; inconsistency can increase cortisol and disrupt reproductive hormones.
