ISCL was founded with the Purpose of building a better life for the Shramiks of our country. The pandemic situation and its adverse effects on migrant workers led to the inception of this project.
ISCL believes that dignity and human rights of every Human being is non negotiable thereby creating a system that protects the legal and socio economic rights of every individual.
Our mission is to provide basic amenities such as proper accommodation as per ILO/EBRD standards, 3 nutritious meals everyday, transportation, healthcare, education and recreation in our township.
Skill Training & Development is a key feature of this project and aim to provide free access to primary or technical skill training facilities.

We also ensure that our shramiks are employed year round with salaries instead of daily wages assuring them job security along with PF and ESI benefits.
