One of the most severe forms of pain is the pain that a woman experiences during the process of child birth.On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most severe, labour pain is believed to be 8-10. Receiving pain relief in labour is not a pre-requisite for delivery.It is dependent upon one's tolerance level and the choice one wants to make.
We are blessed to have a dedicated anesthesiologist who provides round the clock epidural services and makes sure that the patient has a painless delivery.

Clubfoot refers to a condition in which a newborn's foot or feet appear to be rotated internally at the ankle.It is known as talipes equinovarus (TEV) or congenital talipes equinovarus (CTEV).
Clubfoot is serious only if it’s left untreated. A child’s well-treated clubfoot is very functional, enabling the child to run and play freely. But if left untreated, the condition progresses and limits the child’s mobility.
One such baby was born yesterday with this condition in one foot. The concerned parents of the newborn reposed their faith in the expertise and experience of our Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Rohit Kale who initiated the treatment.
The baby was treated with Ponseti Manouvre and casting technique.
