আই.সি.ডি.আর.সি (𝐈𝐂𝐃𝐑𝐂)-তে শিশুদের জন্য উন্নত অকুপেশনাল থেরাপি পরিষেবা : -

কাঁচরাপাড়া আই.সি.ডি.আর.সি (ICDRC) চাইল্ড ডেভেলপমেন্ট সেন্টারে, আমরা আপনার শিশুর সামগ্রিক বিকাশে সাহায্য করার জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত আমাদের চিকিৎসা পদ্ধতি উন্নত করছি। আমাদের অকুপেশনাল থেরাপি (OT) বিভাগ এখন একটি বিজ্ঞানসম্মত এবং লক্ষ্য-ভিত্তিক পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে শিশুদের স্বাবলম্বী করে তুলতে কাজ করছে।

আমাদের প্রধান থেরাপি পরিষেবাগুলো হলো:

সেন্সরি ইন্টিগ্রেশন থেরাপি (SIT): জিম বল, ব্যালেন্স পড এবং সুইং-এর মতো বিশেষ সরঞ্জামের মাধ্যমে শিশুদের ইন্দ্রিয় বা সেন্সরি সমস্যা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা, যা তাদের মনোযোগ বাড়াতে এবং চঞ্চলতা (Hyperactivity) কমাতে সাহায্য করে।

ফাইন মোটর ও হাতের লেখা: পেন্সিল ধরা, হাতের আঙুলের নমনীয়তা এবং স্কুলের লেখার মান উন্নত করার জন্য বিশেষ ব্যায়াম।

নিউরো-ডেভেলপমেন্টাল থেরাপি (NDT): সেরিব্রাল পলসি বা দেরিতে হাঁটাচলা করা শিশুদের শরীরের ভারসাম্য এবং গঠন ঠিক করতে সাহায্য করা।

দৈনন্দিন কাজের প্রশিক্ষণ (ADL): শিশুদের নিজের কাজ নিজে করতে শেখানো—যেমন খাওয়া, জামার বোতাম লাগানো এবং নিজেকে পরিষ্কার রাখা।

আচরণগত পরিবর্তন (Behavioral Modification): খেলার মাধ্যমে শিশুদের জেদ, রাগ এবং সামাজিকভাবে মেলামেশার ভয় কমানো।

আমাদের লক্ষ্য: সঠিক থেরাপির মাধ্যমে অক্ষমতাকে সক্ষমতায় পরিণত করা।

At 𝐈𝐂𝐃𝐑𝐂 Child Development Centre, Burdwan and Kanchrapara areas, we are continuously upgrading our therapeutic interventions to support your child’s holistic development. Our Occupational Therapy (OT) department is now implementing a focused, evidence-based framework designed to help children overcome developmental challenges and achieve independence.

𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 (𝐒𝐈𝐓): Using specialized equipment (gym balls, balance pods, suspended swings) to help children regulate their senses, improving attention span and reducing hyperactivity.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 & 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Specialized exercises to improve grip strength, finger dexterity, and writing legibility for school-going children.

𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨-𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 (𝐍𝐃𝐓): Focusing on posture, balance, and gait correction to support children with cerebral palsy or motor delays.

𝐀𝐃𝐋 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠): Teaching children essential life skills—eating, buttoning clothes, and grooming—to foster independence at home.

𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Structured play-based activities to reduce aggression, stubbornness, and social withdrawal.

Goal: To turn "disability" into "ability" through consistent, scientific therapy.
