Sunscreen Is The Best Remedy To Prevent The Aging

Among various types of cancers Basal and squamous skin cancers are the most common, and every year three Million people suffered from it. Melanoma skin cancer is less common but accounts for 80 percent of skin-cancer deaths.

76,000 people will get this as a new diagnosis this year. It is the most common cancer in U.S. women ages 25 to 29 and has augmented by 50 percent among women ages 15 to 39 over the past 30 years. This comes as other cancer rates have decreased but what would be the probable reason? Some answer the ozone layer, others propose global warming.
A definite factor is UV radiation exposure, which comes from sun exposure but also tanning beds. There is enough evidence to put tanning beds on the list of known carcinogens.
In U.S getting sun bath and have glowing skin or vitamin D is a norm but don’t we get enough from the food?
The safest way is to take a supplement and to prevent skin-aging sunscreen is all enough. Even in stormy days if we use it protects us from the weather wear and tear process.

A New Study Has Found That Smartphone Can Help You Lose The Extra Fat In A Better, More Professional Way.

How smartphones help in weight loss????


Researchers from University of Missouri (MU) Columbia claimed that the applications in smartphone can help dieters integrate healthy behaviour changes into their daily routine and shed the extra kilos.

"Information technology repackages traditional weight loss strategies and provides new tools such as exercise logs and nutritional databases to implement that knowledge," explained Cheryl Shigaki, an associate professor in the MU school of health professions.

The researchers added that the use of information technology in weight-loss efforts allows people to access features that streamline the tracking of daily health behaviours, such as calorie intake and exercise.

The technology enables the users to get visual feedback on their overall progress. "Self-monitoring is key to successful weight loss and information technology can make these tasks more convenient," Shigaki added.

The study has been published in the Journal of Telemedicine and e-Health.
