As parents, our goal is to nourish, not just "fill." When mealtimes become a battleground, kids associate healthy food with pressure, not health. The secret to ending the "Lauki Conflict"? Variety and flavor!
I keep these 3 Magic Sauces ready to save any meal:

I am Seema, and if youโ€™re new here, you might be wondering about the name. On this page, I believe the Homemaker is the first doctor of the family. My mission is to empower you to turn your kitchen into a wellness center.

I am a Diet Educationist with a B.Sc. in Agriculture and a PG Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education. I am a trained positive Millet Coach. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Dietetics to bring even more science-backed depth to this mission.

Trust is Sacred: My username often leads people to think I am a medical doctor. I am not a medical doctor. If I were to promote a supplement or product, someone might blindly follow it as a medical "prescription." I refuse to let that happen.
