🧠❤️ Logic can’t heal emotional pain — and here’s why:

When you go through something painful, your logical mind immediately tries to understand it.
It says — “It’s okay, it happened for a reason.”
But your heart doesn’t want reasons, it wants release.

Your emotions are energy.
They don’t dissolve by overthinking — they dissolve when you allow yourself to feel them fully.
That’s why talking yourself out of pain rarely works. You can’t “think” sadness away, you have to feel it to free it.

So the next time you’re hurt, instead of asking “Why do I feel like this?”,
try asking — “Where do I feel this in my body?”
Close your eyes, breathe into it, and let it move through you.
