Before accepting anything as a fact we should research about the fact and the authenticity of its source. All the myths mentioned here are busted by modern research.

1. We use all of our brain. Different parts of brain have different functions.
2. Psychological disorders have no correlation with violence.
3. We are drawn to people who are similar to us.
4. Phenomenon like group think and conformity hamper creative thinking.
5. Our personality keeps evolving all through our lifetime.

Burnout is a response to prolonged exposure to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors either at work or at home. Most often when a person is not in control of their job in any situation, it paves way for the individual to be mistrusting, depressed and lethargic which are characteristics of a burnout.
Mild stressors which are left untreated, or unattended/ignored, can lead to this syndrome, and hence, seeking help at the earliest is what is needed to avoid this.
