After two years break Teachers, therapists,students and practitioners of krishnamcharyar ashtanga went on a hard trek along Gagghar River,Morni Range.
Trekking Experience was totally surreal, amazing Rejuvenating.

Krishnamacharya Ashtanga Viniyoga is one of the renowned yoga therapy centres in Chandigarh. General Yoga classes and yoga therapies are conducted based on the teachings of Guru T. Krishnamacharaya. Trainings to Centre Heads, qualified teachers, Yoga Instructors, Vinyasa flow sessions, Therapy sessions, chanting sessions, Vedic classes, seminars and workshops are conducted by the centre.
