A 70-year-old lady was operated for spine surgery & came to us with back pain and inability to sit. Her clinical exam revealed sacroiliac joint mediated pain and after counselling the patient underwent a sacroiliac joint diagnostic injection. After a positive response to diagnostic injection, she was administered PRP into her joint. Happy to share this success story with you all!
