Ingredients
1 cup makhana
1/4 cup peeled almond
1/4 cup cashews
1/3 cup dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup melted Dark chocolate
1/2 cup milk

Soak everything for 30 mins and then blend it together Transfer and cover!! Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.

Episode - 1

No flour - No sugar - No oil

Ingredients
1 small cup chana
1 small cup pumpkin seeds
7 - 8 dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method:
* Roast chana and pumpkin seeds for 5 - 7 minutes and transfer to a blender with dates and cocoa powder & Blend, transfer to container ( lined with baking paper ) and set it with spoon
* Add some walnuts and set it again with spoon.
* Keep it in fridge for 15-30 minutes and its ready.

Ingredients:
2-3 cup murmura
1 cup makhana
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup curry leaves
1/5 cup mint leaves
salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chilli powder & 3 tsp mustard oil.

Mix everything, air-fry for 10 mins at 180°C (shake in between) and your healthy binge snack is ready!
