Here’s a clean, engaging caption in pointer format with a professional yet relatable tone:

Are you really eating healthy… or just thinking you are? 🤔🥗

Let’s bust some common kitchen mistakes we all make 👇

• You switch to “healthy” foods but still struggle with weight gain 📈
• Your liver isn’t healing, and energy levels stay low 😴
• The problem isn’t eating healthy… it’s what you’re eating

• Foods like sabudana and poha may seem light & healthy 🍽️
• But they are loaded with carbohydrates ⚠️
• Excess carbs = fat storage, poor metabolism & slow weight loss 🚫

• Remember: Not all “healthy-looking” foods support your goals 🎯
• Your body needs balanced nutrition, not just popular choices 🥦🍳

✨ Eat smart, not just healthy-looking!

I have started eating eggs again not just for protein, but for one powerful nutrient most people ignore
CHOLINE
As a dietitian, I see so many women struggling with fatigue & weakness
• brain fog
• poor liver health
• hormonal imbalance
And guess what? Many times, it’s not just protein deficiency… it’s choline deficiency too.
Eggs are one of the richest, most bioavailable sources of choline — essential for:
Liver detox & fat metabolism
✔️ Brain function & memory
✔️ Nervous system health
✔️ Cell repair & hormone balance
I do skip eggs on certain days for spiritual & mental balance because health is not just physical it’s emotional & cultural too
But overall, adding them back has been a conscious, science-backed decision.
Also, a myth I want to break

You are NOT eating a “baby chick” when you eat eggs.
Most eggs available are unfertilized — there is no life developing inside them.
For me, this is not just nutrition… it’s also love.
Being around poultry, understanding where food comes from, creates a deeper respect for what we eat.
If you’re feeling low energy, weak, or struggling with focus don’t ignore your protein & micronutrients.
Sometimes, healing starts with something as simple as an egg .
Do you eat Eggs ?

Mulberries aren’t just sweet—they’re a powerhouse for your body:
1..Collagen & Skin Glow: Rich in vitamin C → supports collagen formation.
helps skin stay youthful & radiant.

2..Anti-Aging & Antioxidants: Packed with anthocyanins → fight free radicals, slow aging, protect your heart.

3..Iron & Energy: 100g has ~1.8mg iron → prevents fatigue & supports healthy blood.

4..Fiber & Digestion: 2–3g fiber per 100g → helps digestion, prevents constipation naturally.

5..Blood Sugar Friendly: Low GI → gentle on blood sugar, perfect for diabetics in moderation.

How to enjoy: 1 small handful (20–25 berries) daily is enough for health benefits. Perfect for kids, adults, and elders—a natural, delicious, and nutritious snack.

My memories ..
Mulberries were part of my childhood—from climbing trees in Sector 35 Chandigarh to my dadi-dada’s house in Ambala. Sweet memories.

🚫 Mistake of the Week 🚫
Are you still using those cheap plastic water bottles thinking it’s harmless? Think again! 🤯

👉 The Hidden Danger:
✅ Low-grade plastic bottles often contain harmful chemicals like Bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates that can leach into your water, especially when exposed to heat or sunlight.
✅ A recent study has revealed microplastic particles were shockingly found in human female ovaries. Imagine the long-term impact on reproductive health!
✅ These toxic substances act as endocrine disruptors, interfering with your hormones, and increasing the risk of cancers — including breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer.
✅ Microplastics enter your body quietly and can lead to inflammation, organ damage, and hormonal imbalances over time.

💡 What can you do?
✨ Switch to glass, steel, or BPA-free certified bottles for safe hydration.
✨ Avoid reusing single-use plastics or exposing them to heat.

🕊 Let’s stop this silent damage before it’s too late. Stay informed. Stay safe. 💧
