😀😀😀 During my tour of Malaysia while visiting Batu Caves i found a Chinese lady sitting in the middle of stairs sweating profusely she was surrounded by her husband and other family members , They were trying desperately to help her , from the symptoms it at was apparent that the lady was having a heart attack .
I immediately gave her Acupressure therapy and was able to bring her condition to normal and she and her family were very happy and clicked few photographs with us . What is lumbago?
Lumbago is simply another term for a non-specific low back pain or discomfort that occurs in the lumbar portion of the spine, ranging from mild to severe, sharp to dull, occasional to constant; sudden to gradual onset that may or may not radiate pain into the buttocks or legs. It is not a descriptive term and can be used regardless of the cause of the lower back pain. It may also appropriately be used to refer to the general feeling of achiness and uncomfortable stiffness of the back upon getting out of bed in the morning.

Common lumbago symptoms

While lumbago can present in many ways, this is a typical clinical picture of lumbago:

Pain across the lower part of the back often radiating into the area of tailbone
Pain worse on movement or while weight bearing, especially when first standing
Reduced movement of the spine, especially forward and backward bending
Tense muscle spasm and palpable rigidity in the area of pain near the spine
Inability to assume a normal posture, with an unnatural tilt or leaning of the spine in any direction, usually to either side or forward

WHAT IS CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS ?
Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative clinical condition that involves changes to the bones, spinal discs and joints of the neck. Also known as cervical osteoarthritis, it is quite common in people who spend long hours on a computer, lead a sedentary life and those who have careers that require excessive stress on their neck like gymnasts and athletes.

What Are the Symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis?
The symptoms of cervical spondylosis include:

Neck stiffness and pain
Headache that may originate in the neck
Pain in the shoulder or arms
Inability to fully turn the head or bend the neck, sometimes interfering with driving
Grinding noise or sensation when the neck is turned
In severe cases one has to use a cervical collar for relief

Slipped Disc and Sciatic Pain

Between each of our vertebrae (bones which form the spine) is a cartilaginous disc which acts as a shock absorber between the two bones. The spinal cord, which is responsible for sending all information between our brains and the rest of our bodies, passes through the column formed by our vertebrae.
This means the discs are in close proximity to the spinal cord.

A large number of cases of lower back pain are caused by a herniation or protrusion of one of these discs. This often causes compression to the spinal cord. This is what causes the pain associated with a 'slipped disc'.

Inbetween the vertebrae, the spinal column sends out nerve roots which feed the rest of your bodies muscles and organs. Nerves which exit the spine at a certain level, feed the muscles and organs at that level. For example, the abdominal muscles are innervated by nerves which exit the spine at lower thoracic level (mid back/stomach level). Slipped discs occur most commonly in the lumbar spine (lower back). This causes pain to radiate through the lower back, buttocks and back of the leg. This is because the Lumbar section of the spinal cord, sends nerves out down the legs. The largest nerve emerging from this area is the sciatic nerve, which gives its name to the condition sciatica. This term is used to describe pain which radiates along the course of the sciatic nerve (from the lower back, into the buttocks and down the back of the legs).

Symptoms

Lower back pain may or may not occur.
Pain which may extend through the buttock and leg.
Sitting may aggravate the pain.
Usually feels better in the mornings after a nights rest as the discs are then less compressed.
The muscles of the lower back, buttocks and hamstrings may be in spasm.
Palpation of the lower back may be tender.
