Indian Essence Led by certified yoga instructor Seema Sharma, we’re dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.

Our goal is to help you achieve inner peace and balance through the practice of yoga. Human life is a journey exploring and developing the art of living and being a part of nature. For thousands of years, India has been the focal point of ‘Natural way of living’, along with being in harmony with scientific innovations. The philosophy of Indian living is to be ’one with nature’; to find a way of life that completes our basic needs from the nature. Indian Essence, as a company, is attempting to rediscover the age-old recipes and lifestyle products, that made the Indian way of Living, the ‘Great Living’. For the very first batch of products, we have come up with some healthy mixes of seeds as part of our ‘healthy snacks’. The products are made at home, prepared with care and a single objective of rediscovering – Indian Essence. There’s a lot more coming up, waiting to reach you!
