Help you to heal, detox & function better with these 5 easy homemade drinks πΏ
1. Amla water
1 cup warm water + Β½ tsp amla powder or
1 tbsp fresh amla juice
Have it in the morning, on an empty stomach.
2. Turmeric water
ΒΌ turmeric powder + 1 pinch black pepper + simmer
3-4 mins + Β½ tsp ghee or honey (after cooling)
Have it at night, before bed.
3. Ginger cinnamon tea
Boil 1 cup water + 1 inch fresh ginger (crushed)
+ 1 small cinnamon stick
Have after meals or evening.
4. Cocoa cinnamon drink
1 cup milk + 1 tsp cocao + 1 pinch cinnamon + sweetener of choice β whisk well
Have it in the evening or as a dessert replacement.
5. jeera ajwain water
1 cup water + Β½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera) + Β½ tsp ajwain
Have it after lunch or dinner.
