Stretch marks also known as striae. Better to start procedures on it as soon as possible especially when they are reddish ! Great results expected at that stage . People keep delaying it - you are pushing away great results by yourself by delaying .

Pincer nail is a very painful nail condition and if tackled on time you can grow back a normal nail . Avoid wearing very tight shoes , cut your nails straight don’t bend around corners.
