AUDIO RESONANCE A QUICK MEDITATION TECHNIQUE
Should you meditate? The short answer is “Yes!” But I hope you did try it and left in frustration. First I’ll warn you that I’m not a perfectionist when it comes to meditation, I’m keep busy and use meditation to calm myself, to bring peace and happiness into my heart, and to bring awareness and clarity into my life.
I don’t practice or talk about spiritual principles regarding meditation, so if you’re looking for an approach less wrapped in spirituality and more tailored to a modern, hectic life, then the information contained here shall change your life.
We all have hectic schedules and are packed with crises, to-do lists, issues marked urgent and overflowing in worries… Far away from everyday events, inside our core lie a place of quiet, calm, serenity, and stillness… Feeling connected to life and your core can be an effortless activity every day.
There are lots of formal definitions out there for what meditation is, but for our purpose it is basically focusing of attention and quieting of the superficial thoughts of the mind. Thoughts are electrical activity of the brain and in simplicity it is slowing down this electrical activity, so called the slowing down the brain wave activity or frequency of brain waves. This easily contacts us with the inner stillness that exists within you. The brain waves are categorized in four levels; Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
• Beta, dominant brain wave frequency 30Hz to 13 Hz, occur when we are actively working with sharp attention and focus;
• Alpha dominant brain wave frequency 13Hz to 7 Hz, produce quietly flowing thoughts, it is the resting state for the brain, calmness, mind body relaxation and integration.
• Theta dominant brain wave frequency 7 Hz to 4 Hz, occur most often in sleep and in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world. In theta we are in a dream; vivid imagery, intuition and information beyond our normal conscious awareness.
• Delta dominant brain wave frequency 4 Hz to 0.5 Hz, come about in deepest meditation and dreamless sleep. Delta waves suspend external awareness and are the source of empathy. Healing and regeneration are stimulated in this state, and that is why deep restorative sleep is so essential to the healing process.
Audio resonance, quick meditation technique is a scientifically proven technique which can slow down the brain wave frequency in minutes. The sound we hear is perceived by the brain and the brain responds and resonates to the sound frequency. If we want to resonate the brain to low frequency below 20 Hz, we cannot do it as our ears do not sense frequencies below 20 Hz and above 20 KHz. If we want to go into the alpha or theta state brain wave frequency should go down as low as 4 Hz. Audio technology has made it possible by playing one tone of 200 Hz in one ear and another tone of 205 in the other ear. The brain mixes these two and perceives the different frequency which is 5 Hz and resonating the brain at 5 Hz. Such audio tracks are specially produced and can take you in meditative state in minutes.
Anytime! Anywhere! Yes, you can set aside a specific time for meditation and sit in quiet place undisturbed. Setting aside 10-20 minutes right in the morning when you wake up and right before bed. Those are good choices if they fit your schedule. The audio beats modulated on solfeggio frequency wave when listened to with a stereophonic head phone can resonate the brain wave to Alpha or Theta level in few minutes and produce meditative state. When you have a session of 20 to 30 minutes daily you get the same benefit quickly which are obtained with years of dedicated practice.
