Identify 3 Things You Can See : Look around you and name three objects in your environment.

Identify 3 Things You Can Hear : Pay attention to the sounds around you—whether it’s the rustling of leaves, the hum of a fan, or distant conversations.

Identify 3 Things You Can Feel : Notice the sensations in your body. It could be the texture of your clothing, the ground beneath your feet, or the cool air on your skin.
