Can you still get pregnant with just one open fallopian tube?
Yes — absolutely.

When the remaining tube is healthy and you ovulate regularly, your chances of natural conception can still be very reassuring. The open tube is capable of picking up the egg on the side it ovulates, and many women conceive naturally without even realizing one tube is blocked.

Your monthly chances mainly depend on:
• Which o***y releases the egg that cycle
• The health of the functioning tube
• S***m quality
• Your age and overall reproductive health

If ovulation happens more often on the blocked side, the chances that month may be lower, but they improve again when the opposite o***y takes the lead. Simple tracking and guided treatment can make a big difference.

And remember — IVF bypasses the fallopian tubes completely, so even if both tubes aren’t functioning, pregnancy is still possible.
