Why hibiscus tea?
It helps clear your skin, supports a strong heart, keeps your body light, balances cholesterol, fights bacteria and gives you a clean, healthy feeling from inside. 🌺

How to make it:
Boil water, add 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp dried or fresh hibiscus petals (or a pure tea bag), steep for 5–7 minutes, strain and enjoy. Add a little raw honey or lemon if you like 🍵
