Here are some clever tips to eat smaller food portions without even noticing:

1.Protein helps your body feel more full than carbs or fat do. Include protein with each meal and snack to boost its power.

2.eggies add volume to your meal, letting you eat fewer calories for the same amount of food.

3.Drinking water with your meal saves you extra calories. What’s more, drinking a glass of water before a meal helps some people eat less.

✅METHI PARATHA✅✅

Methi Paratha is an ideal breakfast to have during winters, as it will not only aid weight loss but will also give you a sufficient dose of a healthy green leafy vegetable, that is Methi.
✅INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

✅2 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup methi leaves, 2 tbsp curd, tsp carom seeds, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp fennel powder, 1 tbsp ghee and salt as per taste.

✅Add ½ tsp ghee to a pan. Add methi leaves and saute them for a few minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and saute the methi leaves for just 4-5 minutes.

✅Add wheat flour to a bowl. Now add sauteed methi leaves, salt, curd, carom seeds, red chilli powder, cumin powder, fennel powder and give a nice mix.

✅ add water in batches and knead with your hands to form a smooth dough. Don't add too much water at once while kneading.

✅Now divide the dough into balls of equal size. Now dust it with some flour and roll it out using a rolling pin to form a dough sheet that is neither too thin nor too thick.

✅Keep a tawa on medium heat and place the paratha on it. Cook it from both sides by smearing ghee. Use just ½ tbsp ghee and spread it properly. Cook until golden brown patches appear.
✅✅READY TO BE SERVED✅✅

Once cooked, serve the Methi Paratha with curd or pickle and enjoy.

🌞Try having a warm glass of Turmeric Milk just before you go to bed; this will help minimize the coughs and the uneasy cold allergies.

🌞One inch Fresh turmeric root, +
200 ml Milk+ Half tsp Honey 🍯+pinch of Black pepper powder , (optional)
🌞 Bring the grated turmeric root/ haldi and milk to boil for a couple of minutes.

🌞Once the turmeric milk boils, turn off the heat and allow the turmeric milk mixture to rest for a couple minutes. strain the turmeric milk from the turmeric root into a glass, add honey and black pepper and serve the Turmeric Milk while still hot.

🌞Haldi Doodh vala Milk is a great home remedy for cough and colds.

Ingredients ✅

✅FOR THE DAAL

✅RAJMAH✅Moong (sabut)✅Masoor (sabut)✅Urad (sabut)✅Chana daal✅Arhar daal

✅Onion one chopped
✅Tomato 🍅 one chopped
✅Jeera (Black cumin seeds)

✅Coriander powder 1tbsp

✅Chilli powder 1 tbsp.

✅Turmeric 1 tbsp.

✅Salt according to taste

✅Cumin powder 1 tbsp.

✅Saunf powder 1 tbsp.

✅METHOD
Soak pulses (whole daals should be soaked for at least 6-7 hours and as for the split daals soaking for 1-2 hours should be sufficient).

✅Drain and keep aside.
cook in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles with Salt+ haldi+Red chili powder.

✅Add cumin powder and saunf powder and stir. Cook for 2 more minutes.

✅TEMPERING

Heat Desi ghee in pan till it melts. Add tomatoes, garam masala and fry over medium heat till fat starts separating.
✅Add prepared daal to tempering. Mix well. Turn of fire. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
