Important Update: Revised MRP on Ayurvedic & Nutraceutical , Allopatic Products 5%gst
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you about important changes regarding the pricing of our Ayurvedic and
nutraceutical products, following the recent GST rate reduction announced in September 2025.
Key Updates:

GST Rate Reduction: The government has lowered the GST on most Ayurvedic medicines and
nutraceuticals to 5%, effective September 22, 2025.
Mandatory MRP Revision: All manufacturers are required to update the Maximum Retail Price
(MRP) of their products to reflect the reduced GST. This includes both new and existing stock.
Government Oversight: Authorities, including the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA)
and the Department of Consumer Affairs (DoCA), will ensure that the full benefit of the tax reduction
is passed to consumers.
Transitional Stock Handling: Existing stock with old MRP will be re-labeled or re-stickered to reflect
the new pricing, following regulatory guidelines

How the New MRP is Calculated:

Calculate New GST Amount: Base Price × 5%
New MRP: Base Price + New GST Amount (rounded to nearest rupee)
Example:- Old MRP ₹1000 (GST 18%) → Base Price: ₹847.46 → New GST: ₹42.37 → New MRP: ₹890- Old MRP ₹500 (GST 12%) → Base Price: ₹446.43 → New GST: ₹22.32 → New MRP: ₹469
