India’s semiconductor ecosystem entered a critical ex*****on phase during 2024–2025 under the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), approved by the Government of India to build a sustainable end-to-end chip value chain.

📌 Tata Electronics – Semiconductor Fab, Dholera (Gujarat)
• 28 nm & above logic nodes
• Strategic partnership with global technology providers
• Core focus: automotive, power management, consumer & industrial ICs
📌 Micron Technology – ATMP Facility, Sanand (Gujarat)
• DRAM & NAND assembly, testing, marking & packaging
• First large-scale semiconductor manufacturing investment in India
• Strengthens memory supply chain for telecom, servers & EVs

• Advanced packaging & testing for analog, mixed signal & power devices
• Supports automotive and industrial electronics
