Oral hygiene was compromised but he was willing to get the tooth saved.

Multiple sittings RCT done. And both the tooth was saved. 🥰😍

A 38/M complaints of pain and swelling in upper front tooth region for past 1 week.

PDH: Undergone RCT in private clinic few months back.

IOPA: Reveals Inadequate obturation large Periapical lesion in 11 and mild 'esion in 21.

ReRCT has been done and healing is evident in both anteriors.

ReRct of 46. Choice was given to patient either to get it extracted or ReRct can be attempted. Patient opted for ReRct.

1. Pre-Op of 46 which was done few years before by private practioner. 46 has large lesion in distal root of 46 and mild periapical radiolucency in mesial root.

2. After 2 sittings, GPs were completely removed and Intracanal Medicament was placed .

3. Healing after 1 month ( Satisfactory - Proceeded for obturation )

4. Obturation of 46 and Endocrown Preparation done.

5. Review done in 4th month. Good healing occured

Sometimes the patient decision also ends in good treatment. 😃❤️

A 36/M patient came with a complaint of Pain & swelling in 36.
History reveals he underwent vital prep and PFM crown irt 36 before 3 years.

Multiple sitting RCT planned , Intracanal Medicament placed and finished in 2 months.

Note the drastic healing occured in 6 months duration.

A 28/M year Old Young patient met with an Accident. Leaving his upper 11,21 fractured with pulp exposed. And both lips severe laceration.

Total of 34 sutures were placed in both lips.. After one week RCT was completed in 11,21 followed by fibre post cementation and Composite Build was done.

12,13,22,23 proximal discolouraton were seen.. Composite restoration was done. And complete finishing and polishing was done in all Upper anteriors..

A final Post-Op of very happy patient..
