PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Injection for Ankle ligament tear. PRP prepared in clinic by double centrifugation method using specific ACD tubes. We are giving PRP for Knee pain, Ligament tear, tendinitis, tenosynovitis. This patient had ATFL tear in ankle which has not healed for which PRP helps in accelerate the healing process. So for some patients PRP helps in avoiding the surgery without any side effects.

Patient had injury while playing cricket and sustained fracture dislocation of PIP joint with volar plate avulsion. Luckily his tendon is preserved. Joined reduced and stabilised with K wire. Volar plate repaired to its position using two 1mm Osseous tunnels.

Posterior wall of acetabulum fracture demands fixation to prevent subluxation and early mobilisation. Fixation requires meticulous dissection all the way to the hip joint simultaneously protecting schiatic nerve. Fracture reduced and fixed with AO plate.
