It is so true that, we often forget- "Being in good health includes both physical well-being and mental wellness."
For various reasons (be it social or personal) , we do not give importance to our mental needs, as much as we take care of our physiological needs.
THough, there is so much emphasis on how our mental health affects our physical well-being in long-term, mental health requirements take a back seat always.

Kindness is all that we need to keep ourselves happy and the people around us happy. Even a small gesture of kindness helps us build better selves and better community at the same time.
True generosity is giving without any expectation, which will liberate us from being selfish and isolated.
It does not have to be something big! Small acts of kindness such as helping your colleague at work or giving a hand for an elderly person at home.
Every small act adds up to a lot of happiness both for you and the person you helped.
Remember feeling connected to one another gives a contentment which does not happen with just being friends only on social media.

We are all facing a challenging year now! While the whole world is chaotic, it is normal to have a mix of emotions and thoughts.
This should not stop you from what you want to do and your future plans. Do not jump into conclusions and drastic decisions at this point of time.
We need to stay put and accept the days ahead as it is and wait for the chaos to calm down.
