It is so true that, we often forget- "Being in good health includes both physical well-being and mental wellness."
For various reasons (be it social or personal) , we do not give importance to our mental needs, as much as we take care of our physiological needs.
THough, there is so much emphasis on how our mental health affects our physical well-being in long-term, mental health requirements take a back seat always.
counselling psychologist& psychotherapist speak - why we refrain ourselves from seeking help when needed. Clearly the mindset around mental health necessities should be addressed widely.
