There is no single universal cutoff, but in nutrition practice we use:

≥ 2 mg iron per 100 g → considered good source
≥ 3–5 mg per 100 g → rich source

Calories: ~30 kcal
Water: ~90–92%
Carbs: ~7–8 g
Fiber: ~0.4 ❌ High glycemic load if eaten in large quantities alone
