Latest update of Chennai rain where roads started to turn into flood and what's the safety rescue . A Gradopter being a economical vehicle which can be implemented by government in every city which can be used in such condition as it's the vehicle that can go in any climetic conditions.

THE HORRILE BENGALURU RAIN : The toll in rainrelated incidents mounted to 16 this season, after a teenage girl was washed away in a storm water drain in east Bengaluru on Sunday morning. The incessant rain over the past two months has made 2017 the wettest year for Bengaluru city. Till Sunday, Bengaluru had received 1666mm of rain, breaking the earlier record of 1606mm in 2005. The quantum of rainfall in October touched 386mm.
