Yesterday 15-03-2026 was all about rhythm—not just the waves, but the steady beat of CPR!
We teamed up with Appasamy Associates at Pondy’s Rock Beach to host a CPR Experience Zone. From students to tourists, the response was incredible!
The goal to ensure that no one feels helpless in an emergency. Shoutout to everyone who stopped by to practice their compressions. You’re the real heroes! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

Turning Bystanders into Lifesavers! 🛡️❤️

Today, the Somasundaram Ground at North Usman Road Chennai was transformed into a CPR Experience Zone. It was incredible to see so many young people step up, eager to learn the vital skills that make all the difference in an emergency.
This initiative was a successful CSR collaboration between Appasamy Associates and ALERT NGO. Empowering our youth with these practical skills isn't just about training—it’s about building a resilient, heart-safe community where everyone has the power to save a life.
A huge thank you to all the enthusiastic participants who proved that age is no bar when it comes to being a hero!
