The courses at the academy start with the basic asanas which help in understanding the physical body and keeping good health, gradually breathing and meditation techniques are introduced to understand the subtler aspects of prana, mind, meditation and beyond. Regular yoga classes in peaceful green natural ashram atmosphere at the heart of the city both mornings and evenings. He has been teaching Yoga in US, UK, Germany and India since 1997. He was encouraged by Swami Govindananda founder of Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham and direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda “flying Swami”, to become a Yoga Teacher. His strengths are a subtle and wholistic understanding of Yoga, Meditation, Astrology and Vedanta philosophy. He was also past president (at the age of 25) of the American Hindu Association,Madison,WI,USA.
