Teal is the colour associated with PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovaries Disorder) Awareness. Teal Zeal is an initiative that focuses on helping women across all age groups who have been diagnosed with PCOD to help overcome the same by providing a forum to come together and work out various kinds of exercises that are targeted on PCOD specifically. It is also a platform to encourage all those who need help loving their bodies a bit more to work on it consciously and achieve the same! :)
