All carers:

• are used to coming to a new home and caring for children they’ve only just met.
Carers are trustworthy and capable individuals, many of whom are trained in childcare and have years of experience behind them – they range from experienced babysitters, qualified nannies, primary and nursery school teachers, medical students, maternity nurses and registered childminders.

NANNY SERVICE
Nannies – Holiday, Temp & Permanent
With a network of over 600 child carers across Chennai checked, interviewed personally by us and reference checked, there’s a good chance we’ll be able to find the right person to help your family at the right time, for as long as you require.
Over the last 8 years we’ve interviewed almost 10,000 child carers – only the best passed… it’s this experience which helps us match carer with family – quickly and easily; we only present you with nannies we think will be completely suitable.
Collectively, the staff in our office have over 70 years hands on childcare experience between them.
We have one of the strictest screening process in any agency in the india; only the most trustworthy and experienced nannies pass.
Most people pick one of the first choices of nannies we present; amongst parents there was a 95%+ satisfaction rate when we did follow up checks… we’ve learned from babysitting – feedback is everything – it’s how we constantly, consistently make the service we provide better.
Duties of a Nanny
• Prepare healthy meals for the children, with appropriate sized portions.
• Keep the children entertained with age-appropriate physically & mentally stimulating activities.
• Support the children in their physical, emotional & mental development & education – such as reading books to little children, taking them to adventure playgrounds and helping older ones with homework/ prep.
• Arrange trips and playdates with the children’s friends, both ‘home and away’.
• Cleaning and tidying up after the children and their bedrooms.
• Taking care of their laundry, washing clothes & bedding, ironing for the children. Any sewing of children’s clothes.
• Cleaning toys and equipment used by the children.
• Bathing the children and putting them to bed (if required by the parent/s)
• Often to be available to babysit – by separate agreement and paid separately.
The Nanny is a professional who looks after children, she or he is not a cleaner nor a housekeeper.
HOUSE KEEPING
Employing housekeeping staff
Many employers also take their housekeepers to their holiday homes periodically. If this is not practical then the housekeeper will stay in the home and carry out spring cleaning and security duties. Our staff will fit around your requirements and will informed of your arrangements prior to commencement of their employment.
Many housekeepers have special skills such as dressmaking and alterations, the baking of special occasion cakes and a myriad of other talents as we positively encourage this when selecting housekeeping candidates for our clients
Housekeeper skills must include competence, loyalty and dedication – combined with a positive attitude – all of these attributes are essential in a good housekeeper. This type of employee is always in demand, particularly when combined with childcare and cooking skills.
