Thus balancing the metabolism and maintaining healthy weight loss.

Lets see what are the fav sources of each.

Some of the fav protien sources are?

As you all know adding protien to the diet is one of the best ways to loose weight.

Protien:
An omlette🍳 with spinach,stir fried tofu,🍟greek yogurt,A healthy shake adding almond milk to it makes it super delicious.

Healthyfats:
Avocados,nuts,chia seeds,hemp seeds,flax seeds.

Fiber:
Fiber is incredibly important
Avocados,berries,chias,spinach,bok choy.these are healthy source to b included.
