Joshna Ramakrishnan of Atma Yoga shala believes that yoga can change a person from the inside to help their growth in all planes of existence. Teachers from Krishnamacharya tradition who are dedicated to their practice and passionate about the holistic approach to yoga come together to offer and share this knowledge to sincere seekers. Apart from the asana practice we focus on chanting, pranayama and learning different scriptures through the course to understand yoga. We strive to enable every student to find their practice and to integrate this knowledge into their life. Our aim is to facilitate learning with compassion to all who seek to learn real yoga.
