Her education from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition combined with a degree in Psychology at Madras University, allows her to address the challenges many individuals face when it comes to everyday healthy living. To her, healing oneself and getting your life back on track is of paramount importance. As a holistic Nutritionist, Aarthi assesses the whole person; their physical and mental health, and their lifestyle as such. She then creates a realistic individual plan that works for them. Her method includes diet suggestions, supplementations, general tips, healthy recipes, and health and lifestyle assessments, and most importantly, constant motivation. Her primary goal is to break the stereotypical idea that diet food equals, tasteless, rigid and unvaried.

A natural approach to balance your hormones.

Seed cycling benefits
¤ Regularizes your menstrual cycle
¤ Strengthens the uterus and improves ovulation
¤ Regulates estrogen levels for healthier egg and balance progesterone.
¤ Adds more fiber to our diet.
¤ Aids in PMS, bleeding, PCOS, hypothyroidism etc..

How to consume the seeds ?
¤ Add to smoothies, yogurt, Oatmeal.
¤ Add to flour and batter preparations
¤ Make a granula short bars out of the seeds, honey and some flour to bind it.
¤ Use them to sprinkle it on salads, rice bowls, soups and stir fry.
¤ Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons a day.

Tip
Grind the seeds - helps in better absorption and digestion
Store it in air tight container and refrigerate it only for few days.

It takes minimum efforts to bring small changes to our daily lives. 🚶‍♂️

Even though we are well informed about our food and health without others telling us about it, we still find it difficult to follow it consistently without excuses.👐

Given with all the circumstances around us, our health should be our first priority and we can start small with our “one week” challenge.🥣🧘‍♂️
