Why Senior Citizens Community ?
We all face problems like non-availability and lack of reliability of maids/house help, drivers, security, plumbers, electricians, cable repairman - the list is long.
Would you want to spend all your time in paying electricity bill, telephone bills, buying grocery, waiting for cooking gas, waking up in odd times to answer door bells for unwanted salesmen? Even Airconditioner or washing machine repair needs constant follow up with the service center, waiting for their convenience, and it turns out expensive.
Added to all this, most important is your HEALTH, which needs periodical check-ups, treatment for common aliments, emergency care and first aid. These necessitate dependency on neighbors and relatives, who dont know whether a symptom is critical or simple gastric pain, and they are not trained to handle emergencies, and might not have the necessary medical history information required in such an emergency.
