Atchayam Foundation is going to organize a workshop on "Making of Paper Bag". We request you to participate and learn making of paper bags and also donate old newspapers and magazines to small scale institutes that make these old papers in to paper bags and packets. These home made Paper bags will be distributed to platform shops with FREE OF COST to avoid the usage of Polythene covers.

The workshop will be held on 11th Sep 16 at 10.00am.

Hi friends .. We have verified list of few poor students (govt and private school )who are struggling to pay fees for their education .. Few may require school uniform , school bags, stationary items .. U can get these things for them ... Either u can contact them directly and contribute some amount or u can deposit amount in Atchayam foundation account .. Even a small contribution from u ppl , ll help them a lot .. Friends, Due to heavy rainfall Kanchipuram District had badly affected by flood. Many houses washed-out by flood. So, people in flooded areas had been moved to Govt Schools and Community Halls. Rescue team went door to door in affected area to free residents were trapped by severe flooding that swamped virtually the entire city. There's probably around 100’s of people still trapped in their homes. The rain hasn't subsided everywhere yet.

We got request to offer food for them. As a relief measure, On behalf of Atchayam yesterday(on 14 Nov) Dinner had been served to 350 people, today (on 15 Nov) lunch to 250 people and as Dinner to 100 people.

Team Atchayam visited the nearby flooded areas, the situation remains worse has the Rainfall resumed since this morning they are in need of more support.

We are requested to support more affected areas in Tiruvallur District, Kanchipuram district, and some parts of Chennai.

At this Instance, We would like to thank all the donors, who have motivated, supported and contributed their part in doing this service.

We Request everyone to extend your support either Financialy or Physically to show your humanity.

Team Atchayam thanks all its volunteers and supporters for helping us to have a fun filled day with the mentally challenged children of Arunodhayam Home, Madanankuppam.
Chennai.

Giving birth to a child is, perhaps, the most significant event in the life of almost any woman. Though today women often prefer to follow a career rather than give birth to children, the majority of young mothers state that it is a life-changing experience. Without a doubt, a beautiful healthy child is the most valued and loved living being for every mother. But, unfortunately, a certain percentage of children are born with different deviations, both physical and mental. Unfortunately these children are left alone in special homes. It is our duty to help these children to lead a normal life.

Team Atchayam is very proud to have made these children have one of the greatest day in their life. Events like drawing competition, dance, skittles, musical chair, throw ball, carom made the children very happy and to see their smiling faces was very heartening.

We also thank the donors for providing Groceries and playing items to the intellectually challanged kids and Our Special thanks to the students of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur for their extended support and enthusiasm.

Yes, This must be a pledge to save our sons/daughters for their peaceful life in this green globe.

Tree Plantation makes a path for everything., To be significant,
seasonal rain,pure oxygen, balanced life cycle & a lot more.,

On this splendid day, Atchayam stepped into a positive direction for creating an awareness and the importance of planting a tree sapling to the students in DG Vaishnava College at Arumbakkam, Chennai.

This was the initiative made by Mr. Bala Vinayagam (member of Atchayam) and we are happy for feeling it as a great day,since it is planned and executed well.

The management of DG Vaishnava college & the principal Mr. Venkata raman made this day a huge one for Atchayam Foundation by inviting a chief guest,

Honourable Minister of Handloom and Textiles, Govt of Tamilnadu, for this occasion.

We always believe that Your energy will be flooding, high enough to meet your endurance, when you have the people around are, cheerful, energetic and positive, that too, If you have students like DG Vaishnava..wooooww... It's just amazing.
The great support from our volunteers came from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur. & all our friends. Their support till end of the event cannot be decorated by just words.., Hats off you all.! We need your support for all of our future events too,

It might be a small in numbers but it's great a start for us.,for a long miles to go.,

Our Chennai has blessed so much to us., we have returned a little part to Chennai by planting tree saplings on Chennai day (22.08.15) we are very happy, for this enriched feel.

Team Atchayam & its Supporters are Happy and Proud to share., We are supporting an engineering student Kogila, She is getting her civil engineering admission today in Govt Engineering college. Vellore.
she secured 478 in SSLC & 1120 in HSC from Govt school. she is about to stop her studies due to poverty. when they approached us for partial support to pay her tuition fees, we acknowledged to support them by paying all her fees, till the course completion. we bless that she will come up with a great future.
You could spare some big help for her. e.g Mess fees for a month, Books etc
Now,we are providing financial support to seven students. we believe that we are doing our best part by serving the right person at the right time.
Atchayam's vision is higher.,Hope so, we are working for it.

Hope you have known about our Atchyam foundation., we are the team of engineering professionals came up together to serve the poor kids to our best extent.

Presently we are supporting 5 poor children's for their education and we are about to continue this upto their higher studies.
&

We have conducted many events to orphanages like anaikum karangal, sevalaya, kaakum karangal, vallalar kappagam , and the kids fighting against cancer in Adyar cancer institution.

We have conducted games, magic shows, paper art.
we gave prizes and gifts, and delicious special lunch, literally gifting a best day in their life.

we also supported orphanage kids by providing new water purifiers, steel wardrobes.

We are in need of some of ur contributions to assist poor and under privileged childrens,

Think to help some poor, your every penny will feed the starving kid, It will illuminate light of education in one poor kid's life,
Think of making some memorable contribution on any of your special days, birthday,anniversary etc..,

கல்வி உதவிக்கு அணுகுங்கள் "அட்சயம்".
எல்லோரும் இங்கு கர்ணன்களாகவும் இல்லை. எல்லோரும் இங்கு கஞ்சன்களாகவும் இல்லை. மனிதநேயம் இங்கு மரித்துப் போகவும் இல்லை. கொடுக்கும் கரங்கள் இங்கு ஓய்ந்து போகவும் இல்லை.

அட்சயத்தின் இந்த ஆறு மாதகால அனுபவங்களில் , உதவி கேட்ட எங்களை உதாசீனப்ப்படுத்தியவர் எவரும் இல்லை. செய்த உதவிகளுக்கு எவரும் இங்கு கைம்மாறு எதிர்பார்க்கவும் இல்லை.
உதவி செய்தவர்கள் எங்களிடம் எதிர்பார்ப்பது "அவர்கள் கொடுப்பது உரியவர்களிடம் போய்ச் சேர்கிறதா என்பது மட்டுமே". இதுவரையிலும் அவர்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பை நாங்கள் செய்யத் தவறியதில்லை.

எல்லோருக்கும் இங்கே உதவிகள் தேவைப்படும் ஆனால் யாருக்கு இங்கே அது அத்தியாவசியமாகிறது . கல்வியே எங்கும் என்றும் எல்லோருக்கும் அத்தியாவசியம்.மற்ற விஷயங்களை விட இங்கே கல்விக்கென்று ஒரு உதவிஎன்று கோரினால் அதற்க்கு உதவ முன்வருபவர்கள் மிகவும் அதிகம்.

We always want to live where our heart finds the happiness right ...? That's why our Atchayam Foundation team wanted to spend some more time with the kids in Adyar Cancer Instituite. This time we just wanted to see smiles in the kid's faces by doing something magically.
We visited Adayar Cancer Institute with our Magician cm Social Activitist Mr.Aathma Seelan. He is a Civil Engineer and running a home called "Amaithi Illam" for orphan kids in Villivakkam.
We didn't expect that much welcome from those kids. Many of them recognized us well by our last visit in November. So it was very easy to us to be very close with them.
Then our magician started to interact with the kids by doing some magics & tricks to make them involved into our event.
As per the feedback from Adayar Cancer Instituite, this is the 1st time they are having this kind of entertainment and they really enjoyed a lot.
Funny fact is that kids tried to find what trick they magician used to do that magic. So that magician taught some tricks to the kids and the ladies and gentleman present over there. Yes this time we had more number of viewers than the kids in that forum to enjoy that event with us.

As usual when we came out from that Instituite the tiredness of 5 days work in office has gone when we had some wonderful time with those kids.
