Long post alert.. ⚠️
In a service-oriented profession like mine, I hold space for many couples.. walking with them through the most tender phases of their lives.
I try to keep my genuineness and care alive with every person I meet. I pour my heart into their journey… Guiding them right through natural modalities, emotional balance and holistic conceptual approaches toward Fertility and Birthing....
But sometimes… despite all the effort, care and nourishment .. Something goes WRONG making me feel the guilt unknowingly..
* A woman conceives and miscarries within weeks.
*Another loses her baby at 25 or 28 weeks.
*And some.. after trying everything nature-inspired, fall into despair even questioning their will to continue.
In those moments, I find myself quietly asking.... WHY........?
Is it karma ? Is it nature’s way of guiding us through something we cannot yet see?
I’ve come to realize that karma is not about blame or punishment. It’s about the soul’s experience- a journey that sometimes takes only a moment in the womb to complete its purpose...
As mere physicians, we are not here to control that journey…
We are here to witness it, to hold it with compassion, to bring peace where there is pain and faith where there is fear.
There are days when my heart feels heavy… when I question being paid for something unexpected (eg.when client goes into c.sec unexpectedly).. but I remind myself - I am not being paid for outcomes...
I am being blessed,
For the safe space I create.
For the faith I hold when others lose theirs.
For the guidance I offer when everything feels uncertain.
For simply being there for them. It matters....!
Healing is not always about results — sometimes it’s about ACCOMPANIMENT.
And even when life doesn’t unfold the way we hope, the energy we bring still matters.
To every mother who has lost, to every PHYSICIAN who carries silent grief..
Remember: we are not the doers, we are the channels.. We serve sincerely and that matters.
When I finish a difficult case, I try not to carry on the guilt.. Because effort never goes wasted. Energy never disappears.... It transforms.... 💫
