75 Yrs old female had fracture Intertrochantric Right sided 3yrs back and PFNA2 done in Ortho surgical care center and she doing all activity without any problem and after 3yrs of 1st surgery she had fracture Intertrochantric left sided and again PFNA2 done. In about 28days old fracture shaft humerus could not be reduced by index surgeon in10yrs old boy did dual lateral epicondylar TENS nailing with a mini incision.
