*_Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, speaking in the legislative assembly, warned that increasing numbers of MBBS graduates may soon face unemployment, much like the 7,000–8,000 unemployed dental doctors in the state.*_

_He noted around 2,000 MBBS doctors are already seeking government positions, and more graduates are set to enter the job market from seven medical colleges._

_To address the demand for specialists, Sukhu announced higher service bond packages for doctors, though he suggested the service bond requirement could be relaxed once vacancies are filled._

_He also highlighted a conflict at Dr. Radhakrishnan Government Medical College, where most Diplomate of National Board (DNB) trainees refused to sign service bonds and were transferred, leaving only a few still in training._
