Gladius Brother மற்றும் Jackson Sir வழிகாட்டுதலில் மலர் மருத்துவம் மற்றும் BAT Therapy கற்றுக்கொண்டார். BAT வெறும் முதுகுத்தண்டுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, முழு உடலுக்கும் பயன்படும் என்பதை புரிந்துகொண்டதாகவும். இந்த இரண்டு சிகிச்சைகளையும் கற்றதில் மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக உள்ளதாகவும் கூறுகிறார்.

2021–2022ல் Niirahhs-ல் Foot Reflexology பயிற்சியை முடித்து, தற்போது BAT மற்றும் Flower Medicine கற்றுக்கொண்டு வருகிறேன். இங்கு கற்றல் முறையிலேயே முதலில் நம்முடைய உடல் பிரச்சனைகளை புரிந்து குணப்படுத்த கற்றுத் தருகிறார்கள். இதனால் நோயாளிகளுக்கு சிறந்த சிகிச்சை அளிக்கும் தெளிவு கிடைக்கிறது. Niirahhs-க்கு என் மனமார்ந்த நன்றி.

I completed Foot Reflexology at Niirahhs during 2021–2022 and am currently learning BAT and Flower Medicine. The training focuses on healing and understanding our own body first.

BAT வகுப்பில் முதுகு வலியைப் பற்றி புதிய பார்வை கிடைத்தது.
எலும்பு alignment மாறினால் முழு உடலும் பாதிக்கப்படும் என்பதை புரிந்துகொண்டேன்.
தோள்பட்டை வலி உட்பட பல பிரச்சனைகள் ஒன்றுடன் ஒன்று இணைந்தது.
இந்த கற்றல் வலிகளை பற்றிய எண்ணத்தை மாற்றியது.

I came to the BAT class,
Here, they clearly explained why back pain happens and how bones and posture are connected.
I learned that shoulder pain and many body problems are linked to spine alignment.
They teach calmly and make us practice until we understand properly.
This class changed the way I see back pain and body health.
