We’ve built our education systems on the model of fast food.
Standardised. Predictable. Exam. … but not skill based.
Don’t thrive in one-size-fits-all environments.
So many people opt out of education not because they lack ability, but because the system doesn’t feed their spirit, energy or curiosity.
we need a new metaphor. Education shouldn’t be an industrial system based on conformity. It should be an agricultural one, focused on creating the conditions in which people can flourish.
You can’t force growth.�You can only cultivate it.
