Ragi buttermilk recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsp Ragi Flour
1+1/4 Cup Water
2 Glass Buttermilk
Mint/Coriander/Green Chillies for garnish

Instructions
Mix ragi with 1/4 cup water and make a thick paste.
In a pan heat 1 cup water, once the water starts to boil, add ragi paste, mix it well and cook it until it forms a thick and glossy mixture.
Once it cools down. mix as required in a glass of buttermilk.seasoned with salt,mint/corriander and green chillies.

Matki dal sprouts recipe

Ingredients:---
Matki dal 200 gm
1 Onion
1 Tomatoes 50 gm
1 medium cucumber
2 green chilli
Half lemon
Black pepper 1 small spoon
Roasted peanuts 20gm
Salt to taste

Process:
Soak matki dal for 2hrs
Boil soaked mati dal for 10mins.drain water and keep in matki dal in serving bowl.
Chop the onions, tomatoes ,cucumber in small cubes.
Add onions,tomatoes and cucumber in boiled matki dal.
Add roasted peanuts and chopped green chilli.
Now season with black pepper and salt
Mix well
Garnish with fresh corriander,lemon and pomegranate seeds.

Tofu Salad Recipe

ingredients:---
Tofu (garlic chilli flavoured) 200 gm
Carrot 100 gm
Onion 100 gm
Tomatoes 150 gm
Cucumber 150 gm
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Extra virgin Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce1 table spoon
Black pepper 1 small spoon
Roasted peanuts 20 gm
Salt to taste

Process:
Chop the onions, tomatoes ,cucumber and carrot in small pieces.
Dice tofu in small pieces.
Now take big bowl and put all vegetables,roasted peanuts and tofu in it.
Now add soya sauce,vinegar ,extra virgin olive oil and schezwan sauce
Seasson with black paper and salt to taste
Toss all the items evenly
your tofu salad is ready.

Healthy Breakfast - Dahi suji chila Recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup suji
1 cup dahi
to taste Salt
1/2 cup Finely chopped spinach
1 Finely chopped onion
2 potaotoes grated
2 Green chillies Finely chopped
As required All regular spices
1-2 tomatoes finely chopped
Some Oil to cook
Few curry leaves
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Steps
First take a bowl and add suji,dahi,salt and mix it well make batter,after that cover the bowl and put aside to rest for 1/2 hour.
After that mix all the vegetables and spices if you need water add according to your need make a batter like chila.
Take a pan heat the oil and add sesame seeds curry leaves & crackle it and add this to your batter.
Mix the batter well.Heat the dosa pan put some oil on it let it hot after that take a small amount of batter and put it on pan give the shape of chila.
Make all the chila serve it hot.
