Patient had a history of seconday infertility and premature rupture of membrane[ prom]at 20 to 22 weeks of pregnancy three times.
This time patient conceive by ivf at nuhope hospital and twin pregnancy.
So patient was taken for vaginal cervical encirclage
And during procedure Dr ketan, notice the high cervicovaginal fistulla and that is the reason for recurrent second trimester abortion .
Then we plan laparoscopic abdominal ceircalge .we did it sucessfully and patient had a ceaserian section at 9 month and blessed with baby boy andbaby girl .
