Successful bone grafting relies on 4 essentials:

This technique allows the clinician to roll and reposition the connective tissue from the palatal side — beautifully thickening the soft tissue without the need for a separate graft.

Successful GBR isn’t just about placing a graft — it’s about creating and maintaining space stability.

In this case, tenting screws were used to support the graft and prevent membrane collapse, ensuring the desired bone contour was achieved.

Periosteal sutures played a crucial role in stabilizing the membrane, maintaining graft integrity, and minimizing micromovement during healing.

With meticulous soft tissue management, we achieved excellent primary closure and a predictable regenerative outcome.
