*1. Weather n other things permitting, Meditate under FULL MOON LIGHT, with maximum Possibility of absorbing the same. - If not, please choose any consecrated place or infront of your altar on any other quiet peaceful comfortable place where you will have some time to focus on yourself.*
*मौसम अनुकूल होने पर, पूर्णिमा की चाँदनी में यह ध्यान श्रेष्ठ रूप से हो सकता है! अन्यथा अपने मंदिर के समक्ष या किसी भी शांत वातावरण जहां आप शांति से इस सत्र में भाग ले सकें!

*2. Keep a Cow Ghee Lamp handy to help release better.*
*यदि सम्भव हो तो गाय के घी का दीपक अपने समक्ष रखें।*

*3. If you have specific situations, things, people , emotions, health n relationship issues etc.. you wish to release, May help to keep Bay Leaves or Paper Chits(one for each) that you can use for a ritual we will include in the meditation.*
*Please also keep an Earthen Pot or a Flame Safe Container for the same.*
*अपनी सभी प्रकार की परेशानियां जिनसे आप मुक्ति चाहते हैं उन्हें अलग अलग तेज पत्तों या काग़ज कि पर्चियों पर लिख कर साथ रखें!*
*इन्हें जलाने के लिये अपने पास एक अग्नि सुरक्षित पात्र भी रखें!*

*If not possible to burn anything, you can also visualise the process without the need to do the same physically.*
*यही आपको लिये इन्हे प्रज्वलित करने की सुविधा न ही तो आप ये काल्पनिक रूप से भी कर सकते हैं!*

*4. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. And sit straight over a comfortable weather conducive mat/chair.*
*ढीले-ढाले आरामदायक वस्त्र पहनें व सीधा होके सुविधाजनक जगह पर बैठें!*

*5. On any Full Moon/No Moon night, it best suits the system to Fast. If you find that hard, you can choose to go grain less, or with light vegetarian, Satvik food.*
*किसी भी पूर्णिमा या अमावस्या के दिन व्रत/उपवास रखना अति उत्तम होता है! परंतु यदि ये आपके लिए कठिन है तो आप हल्का सात्विक भोजन करने की कोशिश करें! हो सके तो अन्न का त्याग करें!*

*6.Try make a list of all the situations or things in Life that you would like to change for better and write them down to include in your meditation.*
